Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing Activation
We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing Activation to join our team. This position is responsible for enhancing the alignment of various marketing groups, such as events, digital, account-based, demand, customer, and field marketing, around a shared strategy and adaptive program plan. The primary focus is on enabling buyers to realize value at every stage of the customer lifecycle through precise segmentation and personalized engagement strategies. This position will leverage marketing technologies to orchestrate customer insights, automate processes, and create engaging customer experiences. This position directly contributes to the organization's growth by ensuring that marketing efforts are effectively segmented and orchestrated to deliver maximum customer value.
Responsibilities
- Fosters an environment where the realization of customer value and experience are paramount, ensuring these metrics are at the forefront of all marketing efforts.
- Combines plans from various marketing subfunctions and peer teams to document and schedule specific campaigns and programs, offering a holistic view of customer-centric strategies.
- Works in tandem with revenue operations and data/business analyst teams to guarantee the availability of essential reports for marketing program managers. Regularly analyzes campaign performance and identifies areas for improvement.
- Engages with multiple departments to relay customer experience insights and develops strategies to mitigate potential risks and dependencies.
- Gains a thorough understanding of campaign and program best practices to inform and guide optimal customer follow-up actions throughout their lifecycle.
- Assists in the orchestration of defining and prioritizing audience segments in collaboration with product marketing and marketing program managers, utilizing supporting technology for enhanced precision.
- Acquires in-depth knowledge of campaign and program structures, design elements, tracking mechanisms, and calls-to-action to craft and maintain comprehensive sales enablement resources, such as email templates, adaptive programs, call scripts, chatbot scripts, and feedback loops.
- Utilizes Drift to orchestrate real-time, personalized engagement with customers, leveraging its conversational marketing platform to segment audiences based on their interactions and behaviors.
- Employs Eloqua's robust marketing automation capabilities to segment customer data and orchestrate targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring each customer receives relevant and timely communications.
- Harnesses the predictive analytics and account engagement of 6Sense to segment and prioritize accounts, orchestrating marketing efforts that align with customer readiness and intent.
- Executes webinars and virtual events utilizing ON24. Capable of building interconnected experiences with our myriad tools around ON24 events.
- Ensures all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies regarding data governance.
- Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.
- Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the department supervisor.
- Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, a related discipline, or four years of related work experience is required.
- Five to seven years of Operations experience in Sales or a related field is required.
- Experience in 6Sense, Drift, ON24, Eloqua, and related MarTech tools is required.
- Certifications in 6Sense, Drift, ON24, and related tools is strongly preferred.
- Direct experience in marketing, with segmentation and orchestration highlights. B2B industry experience is preferred.
- Experience in tools like 6Sense, Drift, ON24, Eloqua, or related toolsets.
- Strong analytical thinker, process oriented, and highly organized with a growth mindset and is energized by scaling business impact.
- Possesses excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to communicate and influence others.
- Demonstrated success in a changing and high paced environment.
- Proven ability to work within Salesforce with knowledge of marketing automation and cadence communication tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing/sales funnels, key performance indicators (KPIs), and concepts.
- Ability to lead/manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Possesses a hands-on approach with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong business processes acumen, especially in documentation/mapping/management, plus change management and enablement.
- Strong familiarity with marketing tools and infrastructure to facilitate planning and budgeting, demand gen processes and lead flow, operations, and workflow.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, in a matrixed organization, with skill, attention to detail, tenacity, and a focus on results: macro/high-level and micro/detail-level.
- Track record of engaging senior leadership and being a catalyst for change, while demonstrating prioritization.
