The US Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
The US Membership Acceleration teams sits nestled within US Customer Loyalty Marketing (USCLM) as a critical and foundational arm to deliver marketing on behalf of the enterprise to win the hearts, minds and wallets of our customers and deliver on the brand promise.
The Membership Rewards Marketing Analyst will be tasked with helping to create and execute strategies that inspire Card Members to redeem their Membership Rewards points. This role is ideal for you if you are a customer-centric, collaborative, data-driven marketer that is eager to make a big impact on the business.
Responsibilities
- Help develop marketing strategies that educate and inspire Card Members to redeem their Membership Rewards points
- Lead campaign execution in partnership with our Marketing Enablement Team, caring for targeting, compliance and brand reviews, testing, and more
- Partner with the Membership Rewards Product Team to execute and market targeted and broadscale redemption offers
- Track, assess and report on marketing results whilst identifying actionable learnings that will inform marketing strategies.
- Continually advance our strategy and performance by innovating our tactics and applying a test & learn approach.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of digital marketing execution experience.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent analytic skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and translate insights into winning strategies.
- Collaborative approach, and the ability to partner effectively across band levels.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to take initiative, adapt well to change, and problem-solve independently.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s / 4-year degree Required
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
