Under the direction of the National Fleet Sales Manager, the Business Development Representative is an entry level sales position within the Howmet Wheel Systems (HWS) Commercial organization.&nbsp; The incumbent will engage in an extensive 4-month&nbsp;training program to learn the industry, the company, sales channels, competition, territory management, industry stakeholders and the sales process.&nbsp; The training program will include traveling with several outside sales representatives, as well as learning from relevant stakeholders.&nbsp; The Business Development Representative role is designed to prepare the incumbent to be effective in an outside sales environment after approx. 18-24 months of experience (including the 4 months training).&nbsp;This position is based in Cleveland, OH and is in a hybrid work setting. These include 2D and 3D grade-control, paving control, site positioning, compact machine solutions, construction asset management, as well as supporting infrastructure and data prep solutions.Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant Office Manager is responsible for the following tasks:Effective tracking and processing of rental, sales, and service transactions<ul><li>Assist with invoicing of all rentals, sales, and service transactions</li><li>Assist with processing of all credit card transactions</li><li>Facilitate processing for all leasing opportunities</li><li>Provide signature documentation and paperwork during yearly inventory audit research</li><li>Assist with processing subscriptions with Trimble </li></ul>Effective administrative support of Rental and Service departments<ul><li>Assist with verifications of Rental and Installation general ledger detail report spreadsheets&nbsp;</li><li>Accurately maintain office files</li><li>Reconcile, Record and Report Service History</li></ul>Effective delivery of all other administrative support<ul><li>Collaborate with H.O.
