Position Summary:&nbsp;The role of the visual media coordinator is to support the college’s internal and external marketing efforts through the means of photography and videography, as well as coordinating all of the planning, scheduling, and writing required to produce various forms of media that will promote the college and support its brand. This position requires cataloguing and archiving media to maintain and sort the College’s visual media servers.
Duties and&nbsp;Responsibilities:
30% Use skills and knowledge of video production and editing to initiate, conceptualize, and produce video projects to promote Pellissippi State. Projects may include advertisements, academic program videos, testimonials, updates from the President and promotions of upcoming events, as well as video shorts and skits for social media. Must be able to tell a story through video and positively support the College’s image and goals. Responsible for all pre-production (pre-interviews, gathering information, transporting equipment), production (directing shoots, setting up lighting, composing shots, shooting footage, sound recording) and post-production (editing footage, designing and implementing graphics, selecting music, designing sound). Must be able to output to television and web applications.
30% Use skills and knowledge of photography to shoot still photographs to document the activities and events of the College; provide illustrative images to support news releases, ads, and publications; produce multimedia presentations as requested for use in events and speeches; provide daily photos for social media and web use; and capture the essence of the people, programs, and activities of the College. Responsible for editing photographs to make them ready for use by the college. Catalog and store all digital resources on media server in an organized fashion for archival purposes, and to make available for other college employees. Provide suggestions for media upon request. Talent scout, schedule, and communicate with subjects for photography and video shoots, and gathering bios and leads for potential stories and marketing materials.
10% Collaborates with others in the department to maintain assets and contribute to the College’s social media accounts. Produces, edits, and updates content that is newsworthy, relevant and engaging on a variety of platforms.
7.5% Supervise student employees (Federal Work Study, Student Employment &nbsp;&nbsp;Program, etc.) that are placed within visual media.
7.5% Coordinate with the Marketing &amp; Communications team and other PSCC employees to discuss goals and directives that will promote the college.
10% Monitor emails and photo and video requests and reply back in a timely and attentive manner. Approve or deny requests depending on their overall usefulness towards the college mission
5% Stay up to date with current visual media trends, maintaining an awareness of industry standards and techniques, and participate in professional development both within the media field and in college employee training seminars.

It will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across numerous business units, functional areas, and geographies.The objective of the Global Services Group Control Management Governance team is to establish the Operational Risk and Controls strategy for Global Services Group, set up a foundational governance structure that ensures operational risks are identified, assessed, and managed in compliance with enterprise Operational Risk Management programs and reporting.The Manager, Global Services Group Governance will:<ul><li>Advise on execution plans for operational risk management within the business unit (BU), including BU specific guidelines, project plans, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Track issues with KRI limits and risk appetite for Global Services Group to ensure operational risks are managed within agreed thresholds, and leverage these metrics to help detect concerning rises in emerging problems, e.g., upticks in reload complaints, then escalate and flag concerns accordingly&nbsp;</li><li>Provide support to develop the operational risk framework to enable effective risk management and decision making in the BU&nbsp;</li><li>Manage details of specific risk and controls governance forums for Global Services Group, interfacing with org-wide governance processes and committees (e.g., Operational Risk Management Committee) and share insights and lessons learned across forums&nbsp;</li><li>Provide support to develop BU-specific procedures and additional standards (i.e., escalation protocols), related to the execution of the Operational Risk Management programs&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate the understanding and use of the risk governance framework across BUs through regular communication&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate the day-to-day internal and external exam management process, working with the Enterprise functions (e.g., data request compilation, action implementation, and regulatory adherence)&nbsp;</li><li>Aggregate reporting, approvals/exceptions and support "change-the-function" activities for the BU&nbsp;</li><li>Administer implementation of key areas training initiatives that align with Operational Risk Management&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate processes to ensure and monitor the integration of regulatory changes &amp; updates into the Operational Risk framework and training materials&nbsp;</li><li>Support sharing insights, better practices, themes, etc. across the enterprise&nbsp;</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications: &nbsp;<ul><li>3+ Years experience in operational risk management (e.g., within Risk and/or Internal Audit function) Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities&nbsp;</li><li>Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in process governance, with an understanding of processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Mgmt., or related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) or certifications are advantageous&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in at least one of the following:&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Translating operational risk strategy and appetite into execution guidelines&nbsp;</li><li>Tracking and identifying issues with Key Risk Indicator (KRI) limits and risk appetite to ensure operational risks are managed within agreed thresholds&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee the implementation of the operational risk governance frameworks&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Communicating and ensuring understanding and adherence to operational risk procedures and standards&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitating the operational risk exam management processes&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in financial services industry</li></ul>Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
