KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Oversight: Lead website implementation and web development projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Client-Development Translation: Act as a liaison between clients, creative design and development teams, translating client requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
- Cross-Collaboration: Coordinate with the internal teams on web development & implementation projects, ensuring creative and technical alignment.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Agile Project Management: Implement and manage projects using Agile methodology, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of project progress and requirements.
- Resource Allocation: Manage team capacity and resource allocation, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
- Budget Management: Keep projects within budget, optimizing resources for maximum profitability.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience managing digital projects, ideally in an agency environment.
- Agile Expertise: Experience managing projects in an Agile environment, leading sprints, and overseeing backlogs.
- Web Development Understanding: Strong understanding of web development principles, tools, and processes, with the ability to translate technical requirements between clients and development teams.
- Process Improvement Skills: Proven ability to improve workflows and project processes to maintain profitability and efficiency.
- Client-Facing Experience: Ability to clearly communicate technical details and project requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Budget and Resource Management: Experience managing project budgets and resources effectively.
- Strong Communication Skills: Capable of facilitating clear communication between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Agency Experience Preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Rare or occasional travel may be required to attend business meetings, training programs, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.

Additional Compensation:
- Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
- Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
