Location: Remote with requirement to travel for business needs

Role Purpose:

The Ops/Dev Manager will oversee the operations and development teams within the Advanced Technologies department, ensuring efficient project delivery, resource management, and alignment with IT strategies. This role involves leadership responsibilities, standards enforcement, and supervision of IT services across global teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ATG work intake process and manage project assignments.
  • Oversee DevOps and agile management practices to streamline development and operational processes.
  • Manage technical aspects of EDI and integration technology platforms such as Boomi and SAP BTP.
  • Supervise the ATG support queue in ServiceNow.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and business needs.
  • Enforce IT standards and ensure compliance with enterprise metrics.
  • Supervise full-time employees and managed services teams to deliver high-quality IT services.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting core values and professional growth.
  • Coordinate with business relationship teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
  • Support teams responsible for integrations, EDI, and ERP/SAP.

Education and/or Experience:

Required:

  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience with DevOps, agile methodologies, and resource management.

Preferred:

  • Technical experience with EDI, Boomi, SAP BTP, and integration platforms

Competencies and Proficiency Requirements:

  • Proficiency in enterprise architecture, standards enforcement, and metrics.
  • Managing EDI development, integrations, and software development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of IT service management and delivery.
  • Availability to manage and collaborate with global teams.

Financial/Budgetary Responsibility: None

Conditions of Role:

  • Travel Requirements: Up to 10% travel required as necessary.
  • Physical Conditions: Remote.
  • Work Environment: Predominantly remote, with some flexibility for office presence when needed.

  • $105,000 -$129,000 (commensurate with experience and location)
