Physical Requirements

Lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs.; sitting for extended periods of time; and walking to and from jobsites and storage locations.



Shift

Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; additional evening and weekend hours may be required in order to support opening of new spaces.



Job Summary

The role involves oversight of equipment and furniture procurement, ensuring seamless integration into operational spaces during new construction and renovation projects. The incumbent will make critical decisions regarding inventory management, vendor communications, and project coordination, ensuring that all equipment and furnishings meet the necessary standards and timelines for project activation. Additionally, the role involves high-level collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to develop and implement policies for efficient resource management and operational readiness.

Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook/365.

Preferred Education/Experience

Experience with healthcare equipment and logistics, and knowledge of project management skills and tools.
