Job Summary
This position at the College of Dentistry is responsible for managing financial arrangements, coordinating treatment plans, and providing dental assisting support. The role includes ensuring patient insurance eligibility, obtaining prior authorizations, setting up financial arrangements, and assisting with clinical procedures. Additionally, the role requires strong customer service skills, ensuring effective communication and smooth clinic operations.
