Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. May require occasional deviated schedule to accommodate research participants and other study needs.



Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and running clinical research studies, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory guidelines. The role will work closely with the PI and Medical Director with a focus on participant recruitment, conducting study visits, and providing exceptional support to participants. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.



Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory guidelines.

• Conduct study visits and collect accurate data, specimens, and participant-related information.
• Assist with participant management, including recruitment and ongoing engagement.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with participants, colleagues, and principal investigators.
• Provide outstanding customer service, displaying empathy, patience, and understanding towards participants.
• Collaborate in the development and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and study documents.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to operate various office machines including computers, printers, and various software packages. Interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Written and verbal communication skills. Initiative, collaboration, advanced time management skills. Technical skills applicable to essential functions and initiative.

Preferred Education/Experience


Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of related experience.
