20 hours/week scheduled 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
Job Summary
The BBP GA will spend 50% of their time managing the Swipe Ahead program, including monitoring the survey data in Qualtrics, compiling a spreadsheet of new applicants, and sending the names and ID numbers to our contact at Aramark so their UK ID Cards may be loaded with meal swipes. Additionally, the GA will keep records of applications and reach out to students who may apply more than once to determine their situation and refer those students to the BBP director for further conversation. The remaining 50% of their time will be spent collaborating with the pantry director on programs, assisting with tabling/events, and occasionally helping with daily operations of the pantry.
Position will be posted until filled.
This position is also Federal Work-Study eligible, if you qualify.

Preferred Education/Experience
Preferred a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in social work, community work, education or related human service fields, customer service and processing application information.
