Job Summary
This position will serve as a member of the Lewis Honors College’s Academic Affairs unit in supporting the Associate Dean, Director of Undergraduate Studies, and Academic Advising Director by performing a wide variety of data management and reporting functions to measure student success, track student lifecycle, support college retention efforts, and guide college planning.
This position will also guarantee proper student coding in SAP to facilitate accurate fee assessment, timely payment processes for LHC scholarships, tracking of instructional costs (including faculty contracts and appropriate documentation).
Other duties include:
- providing administrative support to the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, in areas such as maintaining a faculty database and communicating with Honors faculty
- submitting for University approval changes to Honors academic program
- identifying students eligible for awards and assisting with the administration of scholarships, grants, and awards
- annual assessment exercises
- other administrative projects as they arise
Successful candidates will possess a comprehensive understanding of SAP, Tableau and Microsoft Excel.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Tableau, Microsoft Excel, SAP, and other related software. Database Management, MS Office Suite, Report Generation, Collaboration, Communication.
